how to quit 1password during the trial period

I have been trying to use 1password for about 10 days during the free trial and have had numerous problems. I have not been able to get much help. Now, I want to cancel the subscription, but I do not have a subscription yet. How do you stop this so I do not get charged for wasting my time?
