Why doesn't 1PM menu come up when clicking in form field?

Hello,

Recently, I have noticed that when I click on the 1PM icon in the username or password field of a website, there is no 1PW pop-up asking me for my password (or in my case acking for me to confirm on my Apple Watch). The behaviour is the same withouth my Apple Watch, and once I have entered my password in the app, the dropdown with my username appears in the field.

Could you please assist?

1Password Version: 8.10.4
Extension Version: 2.8.1
OS Version: MacOS 13.3
Browser:_ Firefox

    Hey @Bakj,

    I'm sorry for the trouble you are having when unlocking 1Password in your browser.

    Can you let me know what happens when you click on the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar? Can you unlock from here? In addition, if you unlock your 1Password desktop app first and then try and fill in your browser is 1Password unlocked here or do you have to unlock it separately?

    This information would be really helpful.
