My wife and I want separate private vaults
My MacMini (late 2014) is limited to Monterey OS but my wife's Mac is newer

    You mentioned you had a family account but you want separate vaults. I'm confused, a family account comes with Personal/Private vaults that are specific to each person. A family account would have a shared vault that either of you can place data into. Have you installed 1Password under the same user on multiple devices? This is the most common scenario.

    I'd suggest emailing us as we're likely going to need look at your account details which we do not have access to here in the community.
