When trying to load vault I am getting this error.

Failed to load vault(s). ClientError: Failed to read response as "json"

1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Windows 10
Browser:_ Chrome

    I'm sorry for the trouble, can you let us know the steps you are taking when the error occurs?

    Are you signing in to your 1Password app, your 1Password browser extension or on 1Password.com?

    Any information would be really useful!
