1Password 8 for Mac/Windows.
Open 1Password, press command and comma to open the Settings (Preferences), select the about tab.
1Password in the browser:
Open the 1Password in the browser pop-up. Click the three dots near the top middle. Select settings and then scroll to the about section.

When you say command, do you mean control? I tried it and it didn't work in 1Password desktop or extension.

If you are using windows, then yes control is the key to use instead of command. :) Which OS are you using?

I'm using Windows 10. I tried it again in both and nothing. Well it worked in my browser telling me I'm on version 2.9.0, but I'm not getting it from the desktop.
