Trouble with getting my spouse to added to family account.

I've been trying to set up my spouse all day and it's not working. She got the invite, created her account with her secret key and master password, but she can't get anything shared. When I open up my family organizer account she isn't showing up as a member in the family. What am I doing wrong? I'm using Windows10, version 8.10.3 and Edge with extension version 2.9.0

    I'd be happy to help. It sounds like your wife's account is awaiting your confirmation. The invitation process goes:

    1. Family Organizer invites family member
    2. Family member accepts invitation
    3. Family Organizer confirms new account

    Could you please check your email for a message from 1Password about her confirmation? If you can't locate the email you may be able to complete the process from this page:

    https://start.1password.com/invitations
