How to Sync 1Password 8 vault across all my iOS devices?

I have a paid annual subscription to 1Password and use both my iPad and iPhone to enter logins/passwords etc...but since upgrading to 1Password 8 my IOS apps on each iOS device are not syncing with each other so I am missing items in each app on each device.
How do I get them syncing together so all info is available on both iOS devices?

1Password Version: 8.10.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 16.3.1

    I'm sorry that you're not seeing the same items on both your iPhone and iPad. So that I can better understand the situation can you please tell me the following:

    1. Do you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
    2. Have you removed 1Password 7 from both devices?
