I have fount out that 1Password 8 is only for Windows 10 and above. I assume that is why I get the error as i am still running Windows 8.1. I would like 1Password 7 please? How can i re install 1Password V7?

Hi @msammut, sorry about the trouble! It's quite possible that you're getting that error because 1Password 8 requires a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or later. Are you able to update your OS to Windows 10?
If not, my recommendation would be to use the extension in your browser, which does not depend as much on your computer's OS as the app would. Here's how to install the extension in your browser: https://1password.com/downloads/browser-extension/#browsers

So 1Password will not support previous versions of the Program? We have to use the browser. Is that right?

@msammut 1Password 8 cannot be installed on Windows 8. It can only be installed on a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or later.
