I have credit but my account has been cancelled, please help

I'm from India so payment with CC was failing, I contacted support and they said to I can buy gift cards... I did so, now my account was cancelled, I'm on trial and my account has $75 credit, before the cancellation.

When I try to pay it doesn't recognize the credit.

Contacted thru Twitter and Email but has been more than 13hs no response... Any help appreciated.
