Since 3 years 1 Password is detection Subscription fees twice yearly, one payment showing the detection from 1password and the other one from Google 1Passpwrd, I have raised this issue with the support team but they are not helping me at all, is there is any solution for this issue?

    Do you mean you have one subscription on 1Password website and the other on Google Play? You should be able to cancel your subscripton in your Google account.
