Help! unlinked from my enterprise account, question ref my personal??

I am leaving my company and have unlinked from my enterprise account. It is giving me an option to buy a subscription but it is only showing me the family plan. If I just have a family member added as an admin person to access my content in case of emergency, does that mean I have to buy the family plan? she is not using it for herself.
