Free Family account is not accessible up in Chrome browser extension

I am a business user that has created a linked Family Account. I am able to view the family account on the Mac OS app, and the Android mobile app but not the Chrome browser extension.

I followed the steps in this help article: https://support.1password.com/add-account/#add-another-account-to-the-1password-browser-extension

But this does not work. When I click the browser toolbar and access Settings>Accounts and Vaults, the Family account is not linked. When I click "sign in to another account" it opens the Mac OS app where the family accounts ARE linked and it tells me the family account is already linked.

I can see the family account fine on the Mac OS and Android apps however, just not the browser extension

    I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    Can you see if you are able to add that additional account with the steps below:

    1. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Settings'
    2. Disable 'Integrate with 1Password app'
    3. Scroll down to the 'Accounts & Vaults' section and try to add the account.
    4. Re enable the integration setting.

    Let me know how you get on!
