I am not getting how 1password password work in kubernetes

1 gone through this documentation but i am not getting how 1password operator work
and what is the different between 1password operator and 1password connect

Can i know more how this secrets automation work with k8s.
Note: i am able to create 1password connect pod using this link

I ran this command
helm install connect 1password/connect --set-file connect.credentials=<path/to/1password-credentials.json>

I have, credentials.json and API token generated

I have attached 2 screenshot this also making confuse

    Hi there! 1Password connect is a self hosted server that allows you to access secrets programmatically from 1Password, whilst the kubernetes operator is an integration that makes requests to the 1Password Connect server in order to bring 1Password secrets into your kubernetes clusters.

    Please let me know if that clears things up.
