Changing countries - Apple subscription

So I want to change my Apple account to the USA from Australia But in order to do that I need to cancel all of my subscriptions and then switch it.

What are the ramifications of my one password subscription been cancelled and then restarted?

Do I lose access to my passwords in that time - does everything get deleted? Or will everything be as it was when I renew the subscription?
