"Failed to load user information from local storage" during login attempt

We have a user on MacOS and using Chrome who received the attached error when trying to login. Searched for the error here and using Google, but have not found it mentioned. We only use the browser extension - not the separate application.

Extension Version: 1Password in the browser 2.11.0
OS Version: MacOS 12.6.5
Browser:_ Chrome

    I should add that we also use SSO via Okta.
