Hey @DBLClick I tested filling on the Navy FCU website in Firefox and did not have any issues: https://share.cleanshot.com/xqXbmRDJ. Though filling does work for you in other browsers, could you manually save a new login for the site in Firefox and then see if that fills? Here's how to manually save a login: https://support.1password.com/save-login-manually/

If it still doesn't fill, then please let me know the following:

    • What steps are you taking to fill? For example, are you selecting the login from the inline menu or using a keyboard shortcut?
    • What in specific happens when you try to fill the login in Firefox? Does the extension not respond at all?
    • Do you have trouble filling logins on other websites in Firefox?
    • Do you have any other extensions installed in Firefox? If so, what are they?

Let us know how things go. We hope to hear from you again.

that works, but when you have it saved you should be able to select in 1PW and then open / autofill. That's when it doesn't not work.

@DBLClick to clarify, does the new login now fill? Were you clicking on "open and fill" via the login from the 1Password desktop app? Let me know what exact steps you're taking, that will help me look into where things are going wrong.

@DBLClick are you filling with the steps in my video (from the inline menu) or from the extension icon in your browser's toolbar?

    No,

From a clean page, I search for NFCU then I click "Open and FIll". a new tabs open but no fill. Also when I click on the login name that work. When I try in Chrome same steps the tabs open and autofill.

@DBLClick thanks for the steps. I tried them out in Firefox. "Open and fill" does fill the username and password for me: https://share.cleanshot.com/PBxWMcQR

What is the exact URL in your login item? Do you have more than one URL?

https://navyfederal.org is the correct site. I also seen in your first video a popup you said block for the autofill is that site specific?

@DBLClick that's website but the exact URL in my login is https://digitalapps.navyfederal.org/signin. That takes me to the login form directly and fills it. If you have a different version of the URL saved to the login, that could be an issue. Could you take a screenshot of your login item and share it with me? You can redact or blur out any sensitive info (like your username and password).

As for the popup, it's just Firefox asking if I want to allow the website to access my location: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/does-firefox-share-my-location-websites. I always block it. Doing so doesn't affect if 1Password saves or fill.

Finally Figured it out. For some reason, 1password interaction with containers doesn't allow opening a new container and autofill. When I removed my bank from the default banking container, to default it works automatically.
