Family member suspended

I have a family account. Wife tried using 1Password 8 to log onto a website, but it says she is suspended. Appreciate any help to resolve

    Hey there @tailhookr

    If you're the Family Organizer, you can check what's going on in the People tab of 1Password.com. Here's what to do:

    1. Sign in to 1Password.com
    2. Click People in the sidebar on the right.
    3. If someone is shown as Suspended, like Abi in the screenshot below, click their name, then Reactivate.

    Grey, Excellent! It worked. Much appreciated. Now I need to figure out how she got suspended as I do not recall needing to do that to my wife…
