AWS ECS Fargate port 3002 unhealthy

Running into an issue where our deployment is creating the container and the load balancer is trying to connect to port 3002 but never successfully connects. It then drains that target from the pool, marks the deployment unhealthy and tries to re-deploy again. It does this over and over and never successfully deploys.

Our first deploy was successful and we were running the container for 2 weeks until it suddenly died a few days ago.

Has anyone else seen this?
