Spouse access to existing Personal Vault
I have a Family plan and will add my spouse. Is there a way to just let her have access to my already existing Personal vault rather than create a shared vault with everything that is already in the already existing Personal vault?

I think the only way to “share” the personal vault is to share your 1Password credentials (let your wife login as you)?

Each user in a 1Password Families membership has their own Private or Personal vault which contains items that only they can see. Unlike other vaults the Private/Personal vault cannot be shared.
To share items with your wife you'll need to move those items to a shared vault: Share passwords with your family
