Autofill not working on Telus

Hey 1Password team I'm having problems with Autofill not working on the Telus login page with Chrome and Firefox on MacOS:

1Password for Mac 8.10.12 (81012002)

Chrome: Version 115.0.5790.170 (Official Build) (arm64)
1Password in the browser: 2.14.1

Firefox: 117.0b2
1Password in the browser: 2.14.1

When trying the inline menu it doesn't populate login details, and using the Autofill button within the browser extension doesn't work either.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    I have done some testing on this website are you're right, 1Password is having a hard time filling the fields in Firefox. I have filed an issue with our development team to see if we can improve the behaviour in a future update.

    I did, however, find I was able to fill the fields in Chrome after manually saving my login using the steps below:

    1. Go to the log in page
    2. Manually enter your log in details but don't click enter or sign in.
    3. Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose 'Save Login'
    4. Give it a title and click Save.
    5. Now refresh the page and see if you are able to fill.

    Can you give this a try and let us know how you get on?
