Subscribed to membership but now frozen account..........

I was offered a 3 Year 50% off subscription by the support line. So I made the move from PW 7 stand alone app tp the membership mode.
Today the app says that my account is frozen and that I should reawake my membership subscription. When following the instruction I'm prompted to fill out my payment. It does not show the 50% off offering.
Please advise on how to proceed. Thanks
