I purchased 3.9 from the store and my "Purchases" screen shows installed, but I still have 3.8.3 from your site. Is there a FAQ that explains how to get it to download?

It is possible that you have both 1Password 3.8 and 1Password 3.9 installed which would mean the App Store is telling the truth. :)

1Password 3.8.3 is a very old version — from about a year and a half ago. It is safe to move the copy of 1Password 3.8 you have installed to the trash. Your data file is stored separately, so it will not be harmed.

1Password 3.9 may be installed in a subfolder of your Applications folder called "1Password". If not, double-check that there is no "1Password.app" or "1Password" folder in your Applications folder. You should be able to install 1Password 3.9 from the Mac App Store.

Please let me know how it goes.
