I find occasionally 1Password doesn't recognize an app. When I try to search in the popup box nothing comes up but when I switch out to the 1Password app and search for it, the site comes up and I can copy/paste. Why is it doing this and what can I do to fix it?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're sometimes unable to find a login when trying to fill it into another app. On the iPhone AutoFill is specifically handled by iOS and 1Password only provides the data for the experience.

    As a first step, I would like you to make sure that you have turned on AutoFill to work with 1Password:

    1. On the Home screen, tap Settings.
    2. Tap Passwords > Password Options.
    3. Turn on AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys.
    4. Select 1Password.

    Then try to fill your login again using this guide: Use 1Password to fill and save on your iPhone and iPad

    If that doesn't work then can you tell me if you're searching for the item's title? Or the website address?
