2FA turn off

hi, I've got the details of my emergency kit, I don't have any devices already signed into my 1password account, when I log in its asking for a 6 digit 2FA code I have also changed mobile number, and sitting here locked out of every single account besides my Apple ID/iCloud, all my 2FA codes are sitting in 1password. i don't authy etc. i sent an email to support via a webform [#IYU-69456-542], all I need them to do is turn off 2FA code when logging into 1password account as I don't know any other way of turning this off.
