is Hello@1Password.com a legitimate email from 1Password?

I received an email last night from Hello@1password.com. It contains a link to my current registered devices. I hit the link and started to type my key password and then realized I am not certain this is not a phishing email.

Can someone please clarify if 1Password uses Hello@1password.com for customer notifications?
