SCIM Bridge setup errors w/GCP

We are trying to re-deploy our SCIM bridge on GCP and it seems we are having issues, The actual url website went offline it says 404 Error page not found. When going over to GCP it says
Some components are pending

But never actually finishes. I've tried re-deploying and is the same.
