Using 1password on ipad and windows.

I have 1password on my ipad and cant work out how to use it on my windows pc. I purchased the software for the ipad. Do I need to purchase 1password as well for the windows pc in order to be able to synch between the two via dropbox?

    Yes. 1Password for Windows is a completely separate application developed independently from 1Password for iOS. It is like buying Microsoft Office for Mac and trying to install it in Windows. You need the separate Microsoft Office for Windows application.
