Add option to hide the "What's New" red badge on the help icon

I wish there were a way to disable the red badge that appears on the help icon in the top right of the 1Password window next to the "New Item" button when there's a new release.

Typically the release notes are just for very minor features/bug fixes and not something I want to read through every release. It's just annoying to have to click through one-to-two times per month to get the attention-drawing red badge to go away.

    Thank you for the feedback! I've let the team know that you'd like to see an update to turn off the "What's New" notification inside of the 1Password for Mac app.

    The team will consider adding such an option in a future update to 1Password. 🙂
