Account with multiple usernames

I have a login that has two possible usernames (it's actually an Azure AD account that is synced with an on-prem AD account). eg. david.gardiner@org.com and davidgard1

Currently I have two entries in 1Password for these, even though they both have the same password. If I'm asked to change my password, then I need to manually copy/paste it to the other account.

Is there any way to consolidate them into a single account, or a way for one to point to the other for the password?

    Thank you for the feedback. I agree that building better support for Azure AD would be useful and I've passed your use case along to the team.

    For the time being, keeping a separate login item for each username is likely the easiest option. You can link the logins together or group them under the same tag (to remind yourself to change the password for each):
