I get to the main page, then click "Sign in" and I get a blank screen with a message saying

"Safari can't find the server"
"Safari can't open the page "https//my.undefined/signin?|=en* because Safari can't find the server my.undefined".

I have Avast VPN but I have it turned off.

I have Chrome on the Mac and get the same result using that.

Obviously I can't do anything with 1Password on this device until this is solved.

Any ideas?

Can you login if you bypass the button press and navigate to the page manually? Make sure you disable an other extensions in the browser. I realize you said you turned it off but it's possible for the browser extensions to be active. Make sure to disable them within Safari > Extensions.

https://my.1password.com/signin?l=en you can likely also use
