    Hello @mustangxu! 👋

    I'm sorry that the 1Password app crashed on your Mac. So that I can better understand the situation can you tell me the following:

    1. Has the crash only happened once? Or has it happened more than once?
    2. How did you attempt to open 1Password after the crash? By double-clicking on the 1Password icon in the /Applications folder? Or from the Dock?

    Hi

    1. It happened more than once
    2. I tried both ways but all failed. I have to restart my mac to make 1p app auto start. But it will crash after a random period of time again
