Password item gone missing

I've been using 1password to store a password item for many months, and after enjoying the product, moved all my other passwords from lastpass and bitwarden over to 1password. Yesterday I noticed that this password that I use almost everyday had gone missing, which is quite troubling and gives me buyer's remorse on moving to 1password. I am pretty sure it was still there after I migrated all my passwords over, and I used in the last 30 days. Even if I had deleted it by mistake, I would have expected to find it in the list of deleted password, but it's not there. I also checked my archived passwords.

I have tried to export my logs by clicking on "Send diagnostics" in advanced settings, but nothing happens.
