don't have security key

I am trying to log into my 1password account and I cant due to the fact that I don't have a security key and all the articles to get the security key don't help because you have to get into the account to get in and I cant get in because I don't have it

    I see you've emailed us. Someone will be with you as soon as possible. That said this may help. 🕵 Find your Secret Key or Setup Code The Key is only provided during account creation. It's not possible to retrieve it at a later time unless you have one of the applications signed in. That process is covered in the link above. You might also check your downloads folder for the Emergency Kit.
