Renaming of Top-level nested Tags

Let's say I have this structure of nested tags:

Is there any way to rename the top-level tag "Finanzen" into "Finances" without having to go through all children tags, renaming them one by one?

    Apologies, no, not at this time. At least there are no workarounds I am aware of or any that have been added to our internal issue. I've added your report to that issue.

    Upvote for this request. It would be very useful to me to be able to edit tags at any level of the tag hierarchy
