Bug Report: Privacy.com Single Use card creation

Generating a Single Use Privacy.com card through 1Password's integration does NOT generate the card as Single Use and instead creates the card as a normal card with a spending limit (likely due to the Single Use option only being available after toggling the Spending Limit option, for whatever reason, even though that's not a requirement within the Privacy.com app directly). This results in a card that now needs to be manually closed in either the Privacy.com app or website.
