Does 1Password for Safari integrate with 1password?

I'm not sure where it came from, but I seem to have a new app on my Mac computer called 1Password for Safari, in the past I have always simply used 1Password. I think I recently changed some passwords on the Safari version, thinking they would update my 1password I use on my android phone, tablet and windows, but this doesn't seem to be the case. Are these 2 apps meant to sync with each other?

    I'm sorry for the trouble you've been running into while using 1Password for Safari.
