Migrating (partly) from Mac to PC

We have a Family password Licence with two Macs, but I have to migrate one of them (because too old with a 10.13.6 MacOS) to a PC, my partner will remain on Mac (with the latest MacOS). Do I have to buy a second licence ?
If yes, how do I get back my vault from my mac on the PC, please ?
I'm a bit confused

    Do I have to buy a second licence ?

    No, your 1Password Families membership covers an unlimited number of devices per family member.

    You'll need to download 1Password on the computer you'll be using, and sign in using the details from your Emergency Kit or from another device.
