I want to move from an Apple billed Individual Annual Plan to a Family Plan

How do I do this? Should I cancel and sign up on the website? What happens to the 7 months I have remaining on my current plan?

Once you cancel the account email us letting us know that. We need to make a few changes on our side. We'll email you back when complete with additional instructions.
