I have my Login saved within 1Password for Hulu Plus, but when I go to sign in, I get No Logins Saved For This Site. I deleted and reinstalled said passwords to no avail. Can anybody explain just what's going on here? Thanks in advance. Version 3.8.21 (build 32009). The latest Firefox and Safari.

    Hi @antwolf,

Thanks for taking the time to contact us. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble. Before we go too far I want to mention that this isn't a live chat. We strive to reply to everyone within 24 hours and often reply much sooner. I'm happy to be able to reply to you now. :)

I am not having any trouble with my own Hulu Login item, and I just saved a new one that also is working well. I'm sure we can get it working well for you too. Please try saving a new Login manually yourself like this:

    1. Visit the site's login page: http://www.hulu.com (You'll need to click the "Log In" link to reveal the login form.)
    2. Enter your credentials, but DO NOT submit the form.
    3. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.
    4. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).
    5. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

    http://www.hulu.com

Manually saving a new Login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Saving a new Login item allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. :)

If you're still having trouble, please let me know the answers to these questions:

    1. Are you seeing this issue on all sites or just http://www.hulu.com ?

    2. Let's focus on Safari for a moment before we move on to Firefox. What specific version of Safari are you using?

    3. What version of the 1Password Safari extension?

    Please let me know. Thanks!
