1P automatically chooses login from list

With 1Password 3.8.21 (OS X 10.8.4), now when I use the keyboard shortcut to bring up the "Fill and Submit Login" list, 1P chooses one of four logins for a site, without giving me a chance to choose which one I want. It always chooses the same login (number 3). I get the same results in different browsers.

How can I restore the previous, normal behavior?

    One of the URLs stored in your Login items for that domain is an exact match. Make sure they are all the same URL and then 1Password will not know which one to use so you will be prompted.

    Thank you--that solved it. I had changed the password in one of the accounts yesterday and didn't realize that somehow the URL had changed for it too.

    Glad that did the trick! We're working on some improvements to the password change workflow, but for now I'd encourage you to be sure to follow the steps in the User Guide which will ensure that the URL is never changed to a "password change" URL.
