in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

Hi,

I'm reporting a problem I encountered today with dropbox.com (but I'm posting it in the Mac (from Mac App Store) category because I couldn't find an appropriate forum for problems related to dropbox / 1password anywhere). I wasn't able to access my keychain via Dropbox this morning, and I got the following error: http://imgur.com/heWtXgH

    1. The URL is cut off in your screenshot. What's the URL in the address bar?
    2. Which browser?
    3. What platform?

    1. Sorry, but I didn't note down the URL at the time of the error. However, I think it's the same as the current URL: https://dl-web.dropbox.com/get/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain/1Password.html

    2. Chrome Version 28.0.1500.95 m

    3. Windows 7 Enterprise

    Thanks! There is a known issue where browsers do not allow web apps to be loaded from the local file system, but if you are accessing it via the Dropbox website (https:// rather than file:///) that shouldn't be the issue.

    If you're still having trouble, could you please send us a Diagnostics Report?

    Download the 1Password Troubleshooting utility and follow the instructions to generate the report.

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support@ agilebits .com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
