Dropbox Sync, but it's not

I bought and paid for 1PW on Mac, I re-bought 1PW again from the MAS.
I also bought the iPad app, and have the Windows version for my Win VM also.
So big customer, I essentially have bought everything.
On my main machine I use 1PW from MAS. On my desktop I have 1PW that I
purchased directly from AgileBits ecomm store. And I have the iPad and iPhone
apps loaded up.

Changes from my Laptop are not being seen on the other versions. Everything has
sync to dropbox selected. I do see notes from Dropbox that mention files getting
updated.

What am I missing here ?
I thought I spent all this money with you so everything could be sync'd.

    We really appreciate your support. I'm sorry that you are having some trouble. Let's see how quickly we can get things resolved for you.

    It sounds like one of your machines may not be syncing with Dropbox at all. For each Mac, can you tell me the path listed in 1Password's preferences on the General pane? Here is my own as an example:

    Users > khad > Dropbox > 1Password > 1Password.agilekeychain
    

  • Hi, I use 1P since years and I love it.
    Since some days I have a similar problem with the dropbox sync between two Macs (both MAS Version 3.9.6). New entries are synced but not deleted passwords or new affiliations to a folder. The sync between the Macs and iPhone (V 4.2.4) works perfectly!

    @Rici, it sounds like it might be a caching issue. Please select Help > Troubleshooting > Clear Cache from the menu bar in 1Password for Mac and let me know if that helps.
