Login Information Disappearing in Firefox

I have had issues where I go to use 1password to log in to a site and it will not open a tab to the site. If you look at the site information in 1password, it contains no information that pertains to the particular site but has like example information. I will screen capture the next time it happens as it happens at lease once a day. The only way to get it back is to log out of 1Password and log back in and also close all browsers. Frustrating.......

It sounds like your issue might match one of the known issues. Are you experiencing one (or both) of these?

Or is what you're seeing different than those? Could you please describe in as much detail as possible the steps you are taking, and what you are [not] seeing happen? With some additional information from you — a screenshot might really help — we can then provide you with specific assistance.
