Feature request: integrate dropbox support into browser extension

I'm no longer able to install dropbox on a 'work' PC, but I'd like to be able to use the browser extensions on such a machine.

Your current model seems to be to have the browser extension talk to a 'database' on the browser host, and have dropbox on the host to sync data between machines. Would it be possible instead to have the browser extension talk directly to dropbox.com (over the dropbox API)?

(Yes, I know about 1PasswordAnywhere--it's fine for casual use, but I've come to depend on 1Password, and Anywhere is a PITA to use all day long)

I'm not sure that this is possible, but I'll let the developers know you are interested in this.

if you cannot install dropbox, then I'm afraid syncing to dropbox is something we cannot do on Mac and Windows.
