Empty secure notes. Data loss emergency!!

Updated 2 x Macs and now I have many empty notes. Missing some major info that I need. Trying to restore from backups but only backup it can find is one that it created after upgrade. Very worried. HELP

    One of the notes contains my WiFi password. Screwed without that. Its wiped on all my devices. Also Dropbox sync is going completely mad. Notification centre is on a constant loop showing me that 1P files are updated. Getting a bad feeling.

    Is there anyone there? This is a disaster! Where would my 1Password 3 backups be? They've either been erased by this upgrade or they're in a different location!!

    The old backups should be located at
    ~/Library/Containers/com.agilebits.onepassword-osx-helper/Data/Library/Application Support/1Password/Backups

    And how do I navigate to those to restore?
