1Password is waiting???

On the home screen of my iPhone 5 The 1Password icon has the word "Waiting..." below it. What needs to be done to activate the application?

A couple of these articles may help. Most cover the same things but I included all of them here. I find sometimes folks like the writing style better on one article vs another. That translates to easier understanding and easier fix's.
