iCloud vs Dropbox: Security better on one than the other?

Morning all,

Can anyone tell me if there are any security advantages to using one rather than the other? I realise 'anywhere' is available on dropbox, but apart from that, is there any security reason to make a choice?
I have been using dropbox till recently but have changed to iCloud. Both seem to work (and sync) fine with iOS4.2.7 (I downgraded from iOS 4.3).
I suppose the best security option is keeping everything off the web with wi-fi sync, but that's a bit clumsy right now imho.
Is it a case of "Do you believe Apple's servers are safer than Dropbox's?" or is there more to it?

    Hi @Daleedwards,

    The iCloud sync is using our latest cloud keychain format with the latest security improvements. Right now, the Dropbox sync is still using the older 1Password 3 compatible format for compatibility reasons with other 1Password apps. We'll phase out the older format when the rest of 1Password 4 apps are released.
