I OK'ed the download of the latest version of 1P (website version) this morning but it didn't seem to install. The install version still says Version 4.0.2 (402002), which was the prior version.

    What happens if you use it to check for updates? (1Password 4 > Check for updates).

    That did the trick. Took a while but eventually a window popped up saying a new version had been downloaded, and I clicked install. Thanks.
