    HI, I have the same problem, but i'm not able to solve it. What can i do? I try to change the gatekeeper option but doesn't work.

    Hi @fr4ncesco,

    Did you do a clean install of Mavericks or did this stop working out of nowhere?

    1. Have you tried rebooting?
    2. Where did you buy 1Password from, the Mac App Store or our website?
    3. What version of OS X are you using?
    4. Are you using multiple OS X accounts at the same time?
