    I am having similar problem 1P4 on MacBook pro set up, but on iPhone4s, 1P4 has continual "Checking iCloud Hang" on initial start-up. Can't start program, can't sync, can't change settings. Just the initial lock button (inoperative) and the Cloud progress circle and "Checking iCloud" I've changed sync on Macbook to Dropbox and back, no change. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on iPhone4s, numerous times with same result. Locked out at the front gate. - Was this issue resolved? Thank you.

    Found solution on other thread. Turned of Documents and data on my iPhone, then restarted 1P4, entered appropriate data, Wifi sync to install data. Changed settings to iCloud and turned Documents and data back on. Seems to be working so far. Thanks for listening.
